North America Supply Chain Collaboration Services Leader (Ariba)

To succeed in this position, you must be able to:

  • Lead, manage and grow the North America Supply Chain Collaboration services organization
  • Manage a team of Delivery executives, Shared services managers, Delivery Partners and Project/Program Managers responsible for delivering customer value.
  • Be responsible for operational results, quality of delivery, and generation of customer references
  • Align closely with Sales and Account Management to drive a collective account strategy.
  • Be responsible for ensuring alignment of resource capacity both internal and external to meet future demand
  • Be responsible for hiring, assigning responsibilities, training, mentoring/coaching, providing career planning and guidance to team
  • Engage directly with key customers to build relationships and ensure overall success and satisfaction
  • Act as the executive sponsor on selected strategic accounts, managing escalated situations and delivery success.
  • Participate in the creation of executive strategy and consult with senior leadership in providing direction to ensure growth and financial success. 
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with other SAP teams and SAP partners to support day-to day operations and improvement initiatives. 
  • Work closely with our partner and Supply Chain center of excellence teams to ensure delivery success

 Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of leadership positions in professional services in the areas of Supply Chain such as: Direct Materials Procurement, Supply Chain Collaboration, Subcontract Manufacturing, Scheduling Agreements, Forecast Commit, Forecast collaboration, VMI and other Supply Chain strategies 
  • Strong people leader 
  • Excellent skills in cross-functional relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) required, Master degree or MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with SAP Business Suite (esp. MM and PP modules), S/4 HANA, SCM, SRM, IBP, APO
  • Experience in B2B ecommerce, B2B Networks-, B2B transaction processing especially in direct materials
  • Basic understanding of common B2B standards (Edifact, ANSI X12, OAGIS, GUSI) 
  • Working knowledge of cloud (on-demand), Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks 
  • Industry experience in HighTech, Pharma, CPG, Automotive.
