Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Video Producer Undergraduate Intern for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at in El Segundo, CA. 

 

The qualified candidate will become part of the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Division.
 

KEY FUNCTIONS

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly capture the attention of an audience with short-form content.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
  • Able to collaborate with creative teams to help shape concept
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to seamlessly work alongside fellow team members.
  • Technical understanding of Post Production process and workflows, from footage ingest to final delivery.

  • Experienced in the digital workflow including codecs, image types, resolutions, frame rates, etc. and staying ahead of changing technology.
  • Participates with a highly interactive team.
  • Training and mentorship will be provided.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Graphics Design and Animation or related 3D Modeling and Animation
  • Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative programs.
  • Experience with creating 3D animated video
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as needed
  • US Citizenship required

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • GPA 3.5 or higher
  • Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations
