About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager who will support the WATCHMAN franchise’s lead generation program. This individual will analyze and translate data into insights to help build strategic marketing plans and activation programs. This individual will assess the impact of key marketing programs and campaigns, summarize key insights, and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to communicate relevant learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders. This individual will own the lead management process and serve as the primary touchpoint for the patient call center.


Additionally, the Product Manager must have/develop a deep understanding of Afib related stroke, Left Atrial Appendage Closure Therapy and possess the ability to translate that knowledge into plans that will activate and encourage engagement with WATCHMAN.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for aggregating, analyzing, synthesizing existing data and new data into actionable findings and recommendations to optimize and improve lead acquisition for WATCHMAN
  • Tell a compelling story from data  
  • Conduct thorough and careful analysis of data, gather critical information and effectively prioritize tasks and projects to deliver quality solutions.
  • Own lead management process at each stage of the marketing funnel (lead journey) in conjunction with the call center, including call scripts, follow up cadence, follow up emails, etc.
  • Serves as primary call center contact
  • Turn insights into action by leveraging KPIs to identify changes to the lead management process
  • Strategic Thinking: ability to understand how initiatives (or potential initiatives) impact broader organizational objectives 
  • Executional Capabilities: Strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure flawless implementation 
  • Collaboration Skills: ability to collaborate with cross functional partners when developing and executing plans 
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity


What we’re looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expert analytic foundational skillset and demonstrated ability to critically assess strategic impact of programs and activities
  • Previous experience in an analytics role within marketing and/or consumer & market insights experience in CPG or other consumer-centric industry
  • Familiarity and experience in call center operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence operational change
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
  • Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business intelligence software (like Tableau) preferred
