Job Description


Under minimal direction provides Agile coaching to multiple teams on all aspects of Agile Software development with a strong focus on Scrum practices.  Fosters community of practice in Agile mindset.   May mentor less experienced Agile Coaches. Decisions have significant impact on project team, business or operating unit, budget, department and/or client.

  • Knowledge resource on multiple projects/initiatives across the company for a variety of internal/external customers.
  • Operates with broad latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions.
  • Conducts team, departmental and organizational workshops and presentations on topics such as agile principles, responsibility process, conflict resolution, and decision making.
  • Coaches multiple scrum teams

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • CSM required
  • PMI-ACP preferred
  • SAFe certifications preferred



  • Minimum 8 years related experience
  • Advanced computer software skills
  • Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to delegate work to subordinate or less experienced team members
  • Proven leadership ability
