Position will report to the Oil Gathering Area Lead. Successful candidate must have proven skills in managing day to day activities including calendar management, travel planning and booking, and meeting organization. Must be able to act independently while also ensuring they will seek clarification on tasks when appropriate. Candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other departments. Candidate must also be capable of working with an integrated software system for tracking and trending trucking logistics.



  • Provide administrative knowledge and experience to support a busy team.
  • Prepare a variety of reports, spreadsheets, charts, graphs and correspondence using MS Office and Spotfire
  • Accurately entering and managing a high volume of data as well as maintaining an effective data collection, archiving and distributing system of the data
  • Navigate various business partner’s websites (i.e.; BNSF, Lat Lon, ShipX)
  • Fill in for the train scheduler when they are on vacation.
  • Review completed Run Tickets in automated system for accuracy and work with vendors to update with any corrections as needed.
  •  Review and Compare weekly trucking invoices for accuracy and errors
  • Create/Manage/Monitor HTC Oil Hauling WOs
  • Consolidation reports for Hess Offload Station vs Completed Run Tickets
  • Categorize and document Trucking vendor incidents for KPI dashboards in BI tool
  • Tracking and Reporting of 3rd Party truck deliveries
  • Track and organize TRT data for upload into BI tool
  • Reporting and Tracking of trucking vendor data errors
  • Maintain Vapor Pressure tracking dashboard
  • Track Oil Hauling driver audits for trending patterns of bad actors
  • Navigate SPS and work with PRA group to ensure new wells are being Uploaded into automated system before coming online



  • Proficient in computer software programs including, Microsoft Office-- Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Must be knowledgeable in oil industry terminology or be able to learn basic oil industry terminology quickly.
  • Knowledgeable and compliant with Hess policies and procedures
  • Highly motivated and organized with good attention to detail
  • Must have a high attention detail in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business needs
  • Willingness to learn for self-improvements and take initiative for own personal developments
  • Establishes good interpersonal relationships with coworkers by being approachable and available to assist when needed



  • 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Oil and Gas industry



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
