Position Summary

The Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by accommodating their every need. Assure quality service by maintaining cleanliness and order in the locker facility and spa areas. Responsible for performing guest tours and guest amenity issuance, as well as responsible for the overall comfort and flow of the guest transitions and relaxation processes.

Job Duties - Essential Functions

Comply with all policies and procedures

 

Replenish guest lockers with neatly folder robe and same-size spa sandals

 

Prepare, maintain and breakdown beverage and snack station

 

Replenishes supplies and products before they are depleted

 

Monitor and manage steam room, sauna, whirlpool, shower areas for continued cleanliness and maintenance

 

Follow uniform and grooming guidelines

 

Work varying shifts based on business needs including holidays and weekends

 

Demonstrate full knowledge of the spa’s facilities such as steam room, showers, whirlpool, location of lounges, hours of operations and be able to communicate these to guests

 

Conduct spa facility tours in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner

 

Consistently clean and monitor spa areas after guests

 

Assist the reception in a seamless transition of guests into the spa.

 

Maintain a high level of communication with room service in regards to guest orders

 

Greet all guests who enter the spa and display knowledge of services available and the amenities offered

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Experience

Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environment

 

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine guest service orientation

Former housekeeping experience beneficial

High school level reading, writing and mathematical skills; Excellent communication skills in English and able to print legibly
