We are looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse department in all operational disciplines and ensure operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction.


• Timely reporting and compliance with deadlines
• Assure the security and safety of the personnel and freight
• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures related to warehousing, as well as safety and handling of hazardous materials
• Ensure proper training and education of the department staff, including hazardous material, and procure cross-training
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment / machinery
• Plan through and monitor positioning of freight
• Monitor workload and adjust, if necessary
• Coordinate and prioritize workflow for movement of freight in coordination with operation managers and other branches, if applicable (Gateway function)
• Evaluate staff performance on a continuous basis and annually through the PEAR process
• Interview new staff members and recommend candidates for hire to the BU Manager
• Monitor cost budget compliance and advise management of any deviation
• Hold regular, at least once per month, meetings with the department staff
• Ensure proper maintenance of the filing system
• Monitor vendors’ compliance with service standards and requirements as per contract
• Perform daily warehouse floor check
• Ensure proper control and reporting of bonded facilities (where applicable)
• Perform regular inventory checks in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies
• Disciplinary responsibility over warehouse
• Process ownership and enforcement of warehouse
• Decide and enforce corrective measures to ensure operational excellence
