Client Returns Advocate I

As a Client Returns Advocate at Insight, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all client return requests, assisting both internal and external clients with their requests via the phone, E-mail and IM and utilize Insight’s internal systems.  You’ll need to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments and third-party vendors.

What you’ll do at Insight:  

  • Receive incoming returns request and initiate all processes by the end of the day, contacting internal and external stakeholders for approval. To do so, you’ll send Sales and Client return instructions and completion e-mail with next steps and create Send UPS shipping labels or pickup or schedule AIT pickups on each approval.
  • Follow up on all pending assigned return requests on a regular basis, partnering closely with sales teams and clients.
  • Maintain all incoming e-mails and provide responses by end of each day and follow-up on any pending issues.
  • Answer all incoming calls presented, return requests and or transfer to correct department.

 What you’ll need to join Insight:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Two year degree preferred, but not required or 1 year returns/ customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer service skills a must along with excellent oral/written communication.
  • Computer hardware/software knowledge and/or industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, connects well and can communicate clearly with Insight's sales force and clients, has excellent time management and problem solving skills, proactively follows-up and is capable of working independently with minimal direction.
