Fast-Track Sales Account Manager (experienced) – Gulf Coast

Are you an experienced seller, ready to take on a new challenge and an outstanding learning opportunity? Our new Fast-Track Sales Account Manager program is a 2- to 4-month comprehensive chemical sales and distribution education and onboarding experience for successful sellers who want to accelerate their careers with an industry leader.

 

As an Accelerated Seller you will report to a General Manager and receive coaching, mentoring, and direction to get a deep understanding of our business. You’ll experience structured classroom and on-the-job learning and get to travel to regional sales offices, warehouse locations, and customer facilities for greater exposure and personal development. You also have opportunities for share best practices and network with other sales account managers, sales leaders, and potential future customers.

 

Upon completing the program, you’ll be placed into an open Sales Account Manager role in cities such as Houston, Dallas or Louisiana.

  • Demonstrated competitive drive for results and a growth mindset
