In this position, the individual provide leadership in a highly visible role as Memory Technology representative working very closely with tier 1 OEM customer. The individual will provide innovative and cost competitive memory solutions with shortest time to market, bridging gap between memory and product road maps. This individual will also work on alignment of three year roadmap with customer on ongoing basis. The individual will be responsible for the memory spec definition, development, qualification support for NAND memory for various embedded products. This individual will work effectively across many internal organizations including Memory Technology Development, Memory Design, Device Engineering, Product & Test Engineering, Wafer Fab, Marketing, FAE, Quality, Operations and Executive Management. The individual will collaborate on new processes and improving current processes and represent our team at key meetings and on problem identification and resolution activities. 



  • The individual will evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives.

·        Prepare and present reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results.

·        Prepare and manage assigned sections of project schedule during planning phase, create and be accountable for the overall plan for the Memory activities and identify dependencies with other functions.

·        Individual will play key role to resolve issues and escalate unresolved issues to the PLCT.

·        Act as the PLCT voice in technology meetings and coordinate technical reviews of NAND Memory readiness and provide peer performance feedback for Memory team members



  • This position requires a MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent with 15 or more years of related experience and 9 or more years of direct management experience.
  • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of division/business unit strategic objectives and goals.
  • Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
