    Department of Financial and Portfolio Management: Portfolio Services Division
    Portfolio Services is responsible for the administration of all loans and insurance contracts, including the determination of contractual interest and fees due to OPIC. Through its reports it is the definitive source for information regarding the quality and diversification of OPIC's portfolios. Portfolio Services is also responsible for the investment of OPIC's reserves for future insurance claims.

    Responsibilities

    Interns serve as junior analysts and may be involved in all stages of monitoring and servicing a portfolio of small to large loans, including maintaining loan and insurance contract data in OPIC's systems of record. Interns may, monitor project documents, conduct extensive research, monitor loans, assist in preparation of reports, and work with Portfolio Services Officers to manage OPIC projects and accounts.

    Must be a U.S. citizen Must be currently enrolled in a full or part-time accredited Finance, Economics, International Business program. Must be in good academic standing. Finance and Financial Analysis experience preferred.

    Qualifications
    SUBMIT SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT(S). Transcripts will be required if you are selected for an internship. You will be required to bring an official copy with you on the first day of your internship. Must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment (at least half-time) in a relevant college degree program (diploma, certificate, etc.) at the undergradute or graduate level at the time the internship would be served.
