There is an immediate opening for a Membership Representative Manager!


The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of quality field work, technical knowledge, as well as positive communication, organizational and leadership skills.


Some of the job duties include:


  • Monitoring and reviewing the day-to-day operations of up to 20 Membership Reps.
  • Supervising the training process, including pre, post, and ongoing training.
  • Ensuring the quality of our data.
  • Working in the field with Membership Reps 4 days per week in order to develop the necessary quality and procedural habits, which will ensure the integrity of our product and promote Membership Rep development.
  • Assist in forecasting, hiring and maintaining adequate Membership Rep staffing.


The ideal candidate for this position should possess, and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:


  • A minimum of two years experience with proven track record of successful, quality field work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated positive leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated impeccable standards while always being conscience of the need for quality.
  • Proficiency with software such as Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
