Associate Manager, Client Service , Neuroscience -Cincinnati, Ohio

Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience is the market leader in bringing neuroscience expertise to advertising, packaging, branding, and product development in order to understand nonconscious drivers of consumers’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

As an Associate Client Manager, you will be an integral part of the Neuroscience account team and involved in all aspects of working with clients to deliver insights to their business questions based on an understanding of the consumer response through brain response.  You will build and develop client relationship especially through project set-up, analysis, interpretation and report preparation, presentation of results as well as client management together with the Director, Client Service.     


  • Analysis of complex data to create insightful reports that will be delivered to senior market research, marketing and advertising agency clients
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner – oral and written
  • Plan together with the client to create a strong partnership
  • Coordinate with internal teams (including Lab Team, Finance and Neuroscientists) to support project execution from proposal to completion. 
  • Help develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support client training on information methodologies and applications
  • Deliver high-impact quality presentations to the client
  • Performs other miscellaneous responsibilities as needed



  • Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree a plus.
  • 3 years of work experience with data analysis and project management, with some internal or external client exposure. 
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in account/relationship management    
  • Strong analytic skills, with the ability to distill large quantities of data into a story.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to influence others in support of project.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward client relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on client and team feedback.
