  • Oversee Operations Associate’s workload
  • Plan and delegate tasks
  • Provide coaching and feedback as needed
  • Oversee Cycle Counting
  • Ensure cycle counting program is followed and all scheduled and necessary cycle counts are completed to avoid out of stocks
  • Manage Reverse Logistics Processes- RTV’s, Transfers, Obsolete
  • Ensure RTVs (Return to Vendor), transfers and obsolete are processed and completed accurately and on time to meet company compliance standard
  • Shipment and Receiving
  • Prepare and track all outbound shipping
  • Function as Captain of the receiving process ensuring the most efficient receipt of product and supplies
  • Supplies
  • Maintain a 2 week minimum stock level
  • Ensure supply budget is within compliance
  • Backstage Organization and Homeless management
  • Maintain, organized and modify as needed
  • BI Rewards Management
  • Maintain and replenish Beauty Insider inventory as needed
  • Office Administration: Store Communication and Planning
  • Review communications sent from Corporate partners and take proper action
  • Update Operations Bulletin Board as needed
  • Execute store audits quarterly
  • Maintenance: Hotline Online and Environmental Program
  • Use Hotline Online (web based program) to address store concerns/issues
  • Ensure the store is compliant with all environmental operations requirements and document per company standards
  • Third Party Cleaning
  • Train and uphold third party cycle counting program
  • Director in Charge Duties
  • Manage the sales floor and provide coaching/ celebration to cast as needed

  • Knowledge, experience, skills required
  • Computer knowledge (Word/Excel) and Store Systems
  • 1-2 years in retail/service industry with management/supervision
  • High School graduate

  • Ability to clearly communicate with store employees and clients
  • Work in a fragrance filled environment
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days/nights/hours and management of shipment in the evening and recovery shifts when needed
  • Wear costume provided
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
