Deliver data insights and recommendations that inform workforce strategy and measure ROI on proposed and implemented HR programs and workforce strategies. Plan, develop and conduct workforce analytics surveys

  • Administer employee surveys and collect data

  • Provide analysis and reporting of employee survey data using Excel, Tableau, UCINet and other relevant tools including recommendations and action plans
  • Present survey results dashboards to leadership teams
  • Analyze employee survey data to improve response rate
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative employee data
  • Support HR Analytics team with ad-hoc report requests
  • Utilize Workday expertise in reporting and analytics including survey configuration and reporting, custom reporting, building calculated fields and configuring analytics worklets
  • Analyze and interpret the meaning of survey data, determine survey objectives, or suggest or test question wording. Design questionnaires
  • Consult with HR team and business to identify specific requirements and outcomes
  • Conduct surveys and collect data, using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups
  • Determine and specify details of survey projects, including sources of information, procedures to be used, and the design of survey instruments and materials.
  • Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results
  • Analyze data from surveys, old records, or case studies, using statistical software
  • Conduct research to gather information about survey topics, benchmark with peer companies
  • Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
  • Support process improvement and root cause analysis efforts to diagnose and predict workforce contributions
  • Network with other company and external business analytics functions to ensure best practices are shared and synergies gained where possible
