Product Portfolio- Open reagents, Rapids, Consumables, Tubes, Urine strips, Blood grouping sera, Semi-auto analyzer reagents


Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Importance of the Role:

This is a super business critical role which will give you the opportunity to drive major I V D reagent revenue portfolios, consolidate them and manage their consistent growth across the clusters. This role will demand you to think beyond transaction and focus on end outcome that are favourable to customer success across healthcare cycle. You will hone your Sales Leadership style, KOL connect, Product Portfolio Maximization and P&L mindset. You will have our trust and backing to take complete ownership for reagent revenue and drive Account level execution of P&L strategy by working closely with your Circle Manager, Product Specialists and Execution Team in enhancing their engagement index with customers.

You will have to be grounded and pay attention to details as the role will be responsible for day-to-day operations rigor in establishing relationships with multiple stake holders in assigned territory. This is a high-profile responsibility, and you should be in a position to consolidate and build value for Genworks. You need to have the passion to absorb, show effective story telling skills to influence Vertical Heads, decision makers, purchase, and end users.

Sales Responsibilities

· Generate Sales from customers like creating own customers and converting Genworks other modalities customers as IVD Customers

· Geography coverage of all medium, Large and Chain labs and other direct customers such as Nursing homes and Hospitals

· Must drive self and team to gain the market share and leader in the operating cluster

· To maximize reagent business from open market, covering biochemistry, Immunoassay, Drug Assay, and Coagulation range and any new reagent product range introduced from time to time.

· Maximize the business for consumables such as Tubes (Both Vacuum & Non-Vacuum), Rapid Tests, Urine strips and other consumables.

· Daily 10 sales calls and weekly 50 meetings in a week.

· Promote and maximize the revenue for any new product portfolio which will be added.

· 100% Achieve and/or exceed Reagent Sales targets year over year and generate leads & converting leads into sales for self and team target.

· 100% achievement of Margins Target for self and tea,

· Good knowledge of the programming

· Own the application configuration at the customer place

· Attrition must be less than 15%

· Able to fill 50% of vacancy by his own

· Ownership of the coverage as per the given penetration coverage of the customer base

· Able to drive, monitor, guide salesperson and DMLT/Application specialist

· Constantly evolve the mechanism for lower cost of delivery

· Train people on Sales management, company processes and value

Relationship Building

· Build trust with customers by understanding the customer’s needs &

expectations.

· Work closely with distributors’ network in the territory, maintain good relationship and drive business thru distributors network, as required.

· Build long-term relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders.

Opportunity Management

· Payment collection of due invoices as per credit terms and not more than 60 days.

· Daily recording of sales call of self and team in the CRM portal/APP

· To study market trends and products, competitive scenario, report to Seniors

· To prepare Daily Call reports, capture product complaints and capture opportunities

Ideal Candidate Persona (Education, Work Experience, Skillset, Mindset) to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree from an accredited academic institution.
  • Min.10 Years of relevant experience inprofessional IVD organizations and currently in Regional Leadership role of similar size and scale handling a large team.
  • Should have worked or working in Tier 2 markets that we are serving with excellent KOL connects.
  • Excellent presentation & Articulation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact
  • Able to travel without boundary
  • Ability to work with the team and follow up for deliverables on a daily basis over telecon/email.
  • Communicate a vision and show good leadership capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and confidential/sensitive information
  • Proven ability to impact and influence at all levels within the company to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Should adapt to an dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing matrix environment
  • Ability to effectively network across a variety of teams to build solid relationships.
  • Capability and willingness to operate on both macro and micro issues.
  • Sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
