Information Technology Manager

• Overall IT experience of 10+ years in the infrastructure space
• Hands-on knowledge and experience on Windows and Linux OS
• Strong communication skills
• System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and infrastructure
• Responsible for overall day-to-day IT Services and IT operations
• Managing the entire Internal IT Infrastructure which included O365 mailing solution, Data Centre, Disaster Recovery, Helpdesk, Network, Security, IT projects, and IT Vendor management.
• Management of Virtual Infrastructure environment
• The end-to-end closer of business user IT escalations
• Understanding business requirements related to IT Infra & get it closed with the SLA timeline
• Managing Overall IT infrastructure
• Managing Security devices like Server, Firewall and Switches
• Identify security risks and block the same on network security devices
• Extensive work experience in managing IT infrastructure in a multi-location environment.
• Have working experience in multi-location, peer-to-peer connectivity through the firewall, VPN, and MPLS.
• Have handled active directory and implementing IT policies using Domain Controller
• Have working experience in Microsoft environment.
• Working experience with Data Security solutions like Endpoint security Able to manage anti-virus server
• Networking troubleshooting and VLAN management

Server OS installation, management, and troubleshooting
