About Client Reporting
The Client Reporting (CR) Team is comprised of highly dedicated and client experience focused individuals who are responsible for all aspects of the Client Reporting for Private Banking, Chase Wealth Management & JPMorgan Securities LLC accounts. The teams in Client Reporting are comprised of: Statements Corrections, Audit Confirmations, Checkbook procesing and Factsheet Oversight,The team interacts with a variety of internal groups including, but not limited to, the Client Onboarding, Investors, Bankers, Middle Office, Client Services, PAG and Fiduciary in an effort to assist with client requests, inquiries and/or issues.
The WM Client Reporting team Analyst is responsible for processing Client requests received for Statement Corrections, Audit Confirms and Checkbook order. This involves interacting with Internal stakeholders, such as Front/Middle Office, Client Servicing Groups and Onboarding teams to complete the client requests/inquiries and/or issues.
Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to investigate and resolve issues that may occur throughout BAU.
  • Perform regular control reviews to ensure compliance with auditing, risk and regulatory requirements and standards
  • Assist with additional Client Reporting tasks including: Testing, Quality and Control checks, ad hoc request, etc.
  • Prepare, review and revise Standard Operating Procedures as needed and recommend improvements to remediate risks and enhance controls
  • Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure a positive client experience
