NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

CVS HEALTH TEAM - CUMBERLAND, RI

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

This is a unique opportunity to lead COTY'S most important brand at a top customer in the U.S. We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) for COVERGIRL (CG) at CVS Health.

The CVS CG NAM will work with COTY Trade Marketing, Marketing and COTY CVS Sales teams to develop breakthrough business building ideas that support our CVS Joint Business Plan.

The CVS CG NAM will report directly to COTY CVS Sales Team Senior Director and will collaborate with team members to develop and execute CG strategies while interfacing with CVS Category Merchandising personnel and various functions to ensure strategies and tactics are efficiently executed.

The CVS CG NAM is a well-rounded sales professional with experience selling to strategic customers. Strong negotiating skills to develop Joint Business Plans that are aligned to corporate goals and the broader strategies and objectives of the customer.

THE ROLE

In this role you will effectively manage the annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) negotiation and execution for COVERGIRL (a +$90M retail business at CVS-COTY's second largest U.S. customer)

Deliver fiscal year share, sales, net revenue and C1 (profit) targets.

Working with team Finance Manager- maintain responsibility for effective trade spend and P&L management, including trade budget management, deduction resolution, and documentation for audit purposes.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships and support departments at CVS to ensure maximum support in all business areas.

Coordinate all communication with CVS related to item presentation and maintenance, promotion, merchandising and pricing.

Communicate and coordinate customer strategic and tactical needs with COTY departments to ensure opportunities are fully realized and aligned with CG brand strategies.

Seek incremental business building opportunities by working collaboratively with COTY CVS Team members, especially analytical team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

* 5+ years of related trade / marketing experience
* Undergraduate degree required. MBA a plus

Desirable:

* Beauty Industry experience preferred
* Must be autonomous, decisive, with a strategic thinking
