About the CompanyOur client is a workplace specialist based in the heart of North Sydney. They are seeking an experienced Marketing & Bid Coordinator for an ASAP start for permanent role within this close-knit Bids & Marketing Team, partnering with the various departments and SME's in the business.

About the Role
Within this fast-paced role, you will report directly into Bid Manager and be a part of the wider design & marketing team within the business’ funky Head Office in North Sydney.
You will have the opportunity to work very autonomously in driving the marketing & content function with the ability to get creative and make this role your own.
This role would really suit someone in the earlier stages of their career who has the drive & passion to grow in a broad role with ongoing support from a fantastic team.
Your duties will include:
Content, content, content!!
The written composition of company material such as case studies and various other written content for print and digital media
Website & social media management, content creation and content calendar coordination, SEO management, newsletters & EDMs
Commissioning and coordinating project and company photography with selected videography when required
Management of the business intranet
Liaise with external stakeholders to support marketing collateral
Exposure to wider marketing tasks such as networking events & creation of marketing collateral.
Supporting the Bid Manager with composing and compiling project tenders surrounding written and visual communications, the sales pitch, overall presentation and submission documents (Bids likely to be around 30% of the overall role)
About You
For success within this role, my client is looking for;
Construction industry experience is not essential, however an interest in the industry is paramount
Tertiary qualifications in Communications / Marketing / Design or relevant ideally
Strong communication skills - Both written and verbal, with the ability to construct enticing written articles and a flair for storytelling through content
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work well in a team across varying responsibilities
Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite experience is must
Dynamic 365 CRM & Webflow experience preferred
