Description


Provide expert advice in the design, development and implementation of various BPT, finance solutions and other business intelligence applications | Exciting permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.
The role
Reporting to the Manager BPT, this role will contribute to the design, development and support of BPT to ensure the provision of a cost-effective solution and support service. You will also build business capability to ensure quality and timely budget and forecast data, as well providing as targeted training support to 480 state-wide BPT users ensuring that the delivery evolves in line with BPT development.
The BPT Consultant will assist and provide advice on the modelling and technical development of BPT to ensure the structure and outputs meet the Department and HHS requirements including undertaking BPT acceptance testing. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that application changes and updates are communicated effectively and for providing timely and efficient application support function for BPT users state-wide.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated analytical skills in the use of and understanding of resource management data and applications to identify and resolve complex issues. In addition, proven ability to provide operational application support and training functions to users state-wide will be required. Additionally, you will have demonstrated ability to provide administrator role functions of a corporate application including granting and reviewing user access privileges to ensure cost-effective usage off available licences and other resources.
