Job Description

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team is seeking to a hire an experienced Special Projects Coordinator with tenacity and a passion for our mission. The role will primarily serve to provide administrative support towards our education-based programs, oversee our department's office management, and have direct duties supporting members of executive leadership.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, efficient and demonstrate compelling problem-solving capabilities. The role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Special Projects.

* Manage all logistics for the Corporate Social Responsibility department
* Coordinate with facilities on matters pertaining to the 5th floor of the Los Angeles headquarters
* Prepare office spaces for high-level business meetings involving executive leadership
* Manage the calendars and all travel arrangements for the Vice President of Philanthropy and Chief Operating Office of CSR
* Compose routine correspondence and special reports in a timely fashion
* Organize and maintain confidential files and records
* Travel to the Central Valley for special events and occasions (overnight travel possible)
* Provide support towards summer camp programming, including but not limited to logistics
* Identify and connect with vendors as needed for department events, functions, and programming
* Manage yearly budget and expenditures provided for CSR specific use
* Responsible for handling the Monthly Spotlight and Celebration emails

Qualifications

* 3+ years experience in an administrative/coordinator capacity
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
* COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
