The M12 West is a 500 million dollar construct only motorway project requiring extensive experience in structures. The structures package involves over 400 super t's and 7 bridges. Extensive knowledge of RMS and Transport for NSW specifications is essential. The project interfaces with several other Western Sydney projects including Station Box and Tunnels, SCAW, Airport pavements and late in the programme the SSTOM package.
Your opportunity to lead and direct the team in delivering the programme to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to budget. Reporting to the General Superintendent you will take ownership of the programme and liaise with project staff to balance competing priorities. You will be committed to a safe work place and have a high level of negotiation skill and the ability to understand and prioritise.
With a team reporting to you you will have the ability to lead and direct a wide range of staff of different levels.
