We are looking to fill a Recruiting Coordinator Position Immediately!

This is a full time, temp to hire or direct hire, on site position.

Salary Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE

The Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, coordinating candidate travel, scheduling interviews across departments, handling last-minute scheduling changes, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, drug screens, initiating the onboarding paperwork and efficiently resolving any issues that arise during the hiring process.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to ATS, appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates expeditiously
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
5+ years experience working in a fast pace recruiting or talent acquisition function
5+ years of manufacturing experience
Ability to read and write in English and Spanish
Proven experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Proven ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
Ability to implement recruiting strategies
Working knowledge of sourcing, interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Must have sense of urgency, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have proven success in taking initiation, juggling multiple and quickly changing projects and working efficiently
Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, and unit of measure conversions.
Ability to use ATS system
Proficient in MS Office applications: Word and Excel
Ability to use Google suite
Excellent social media knowledge
