Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information Indbound/Outbound customer service calls Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks Competent handling of specialised queries and escalating where required Responsible for delivering your allocated rostered workload
Role Requirements Effective call handling skills and telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills Good time management and ability to prioritise. Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems Partake in area Emergency Response strategies to deal with Fault Calls
