You’ll support the delivery of programmes through analysis, research, events and communications, producing reports and case studies to support your work. Additionally, you’ll engage with external organisations, establish productive relationships and identify and respond to opportunities to maximise income generation and achieve income targets.About YouTo be considered as a Community Organisation Development Officer, you will need:- Experience of providing support to businesses and/or community organisations- Experience of meeting performance targets within a work environment- The skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver credible advice to community businesses and organisations- A good level of financial literacy - Excellent communication skills - IT proficiency Experience of winning contracts and funding bids would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of building effective delivery partnerships. Experience of working in or with community organisations would be advantageous.
