Advancing People are looking for a Fluent Romanian & English speaking person to join their client in Milton Keynes. This role is Hybrid and you will only be required to attend the office twice a week! You will need to be fluent verbally and written in both languages.

Job Summary

  • Respond and resolve routine to moderately complex member requests regarding account openings, product orders and general customer service inquiries.
  • Executes transactions promptly and accurately responds to members' requests and inquiries.

  • Basic fulfilment and account maintenance including order-entry, account opening, returns, and commissions.

  • Understands and educates members on company policies and procedures, as well as products and services.

  • Provides information and support for marketing promotions.

  • Recognises service or product referral opportunities to educate the members; supporting the building of the business.

  • Resolves first level escalated issues or concerns from members by troubleshooting questions and providing education and guidance to CSRs staff.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.00 (with a 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks)

Salary £23,000 - £23,500
