Your Impact:

We're looking for a Field Engineer in (Greenville, SC; Philadelphia, PA; Swiftwater, PA; Albany, NY; Thousand Oaks, CA; Raleigh, NC; ) who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our Life Science / Biopharmaceutical business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art life saving production and research facilities. You'll assist with the coordination of projects including, guidance of all technical design, scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and deliver small- and large-scale capital projects. Responsibilities:

* Support project delivery efforts; i.e., cost, schedule, quality, contracts, etc.
* Represent the owner, responsible for the overall design coordination amongst all disciplines
* Manage the design checking procedure
* Participate in design progress measurement reviews
* Assist PM in the resolution of various project-related issues.
* Review weekly/monthly reports on status and progress changes.
* Attend client meetings as requested.

Here's What You'll Need:

* Job location: (Greenville, SC; Philadelphia, PA; Swiftwater, PA; Albany, NY; Thousand Oaks, CA; Raleigh, NC; ) Hybrid/Remote work schedule with periods of onsite required.
* Philadelphia location: Cell and/or Gene therapy experience required
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical degree,
* At least 8+ years of experience working on manufacturing projects as a design lead, project engineer, or project manager preferably in a pharma/bio environment.
* Run technical meetings, develop action lists and drive actions to completion
* Ability to understand drawing and equipment document information
* Ability to understand engineering reports, notes and directions
* Ability to understand construction reports, notes and directions

Ideally, you'll also have or be able to:

* Project Management Institute (PMI) principles - nice to have
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
* Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
* Be a safety leader through example and compliance
* Strong organizational skills
