Responsible & accountable on end to end delivery of the service requests, POC & New concepts (including new capabilities development) based on Marketing GTM roadmap.
Responsibility includes to explore, optimize capabilities, identify quick win opportunities and design solutions based on business requirements.
You are required to design & map the customer journeys.
Understand business needs, gathering and defining detailed requirements that serve the business requirements with attention to details and translating it to user requirement/technical specifications.
You are required to deliver service requests, POC & New Concepts based on the committed timeline with quality assured by understanding the business needs, detailed requirements and design review to define the scope of user acceptance test within the context of each delivery.
Work with the QA Team to develop test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to products & services quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. And, continue to work with various business stakeholders to improve customers experience of products/services launched.
Work with the cross-functional teams to roll out new products on a timely manner. Key parties you would work with would include but not limited to Marketing, Customer Service, Technology and Finance.
You are responsible to adhere the way of work in service requests, POC & New concepts processes as per standards defined.
Your responsibility will also include prepare the report of service requests activities like weekly service request updates, test results, defects discovered and their status.
Report to Supervisor on service requests deliveries status and other day-to-day tasks.
You are required to drive improvement initiatives to improve way of work within the department and cross department.
Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Telecommunications/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
