In this exciting role, you will directly support the growth of our Private Bank business by uplifting key processes and systems for our clients, bankers, advice services teams, product, and our leadership team. You will manage the end-to-end development and implementation of projects across our advice technology ecosystem, working directly with vendors, delivery teams and business services.

This position is a unique hybrid between a business SME, requirements facilitator, project manager and change enabler across our business. The role will focus on key advice systems including Xplan and Salesforce, alongside other supporting systems. The focus will be to drive continuous improvement across our existing systems and working to source and implement new systems where along our advice lifecycle and will provide exposure people across all levels of Private Bank and our aligned stakeholders. 

Key duties and responsibilities: 

Managing through the full project lifecycle – from building a business case, to delivery of technical and process change, to creating documentation and tracking and realisation of benefits 
Managing both technical and business process change – ensuring that the impact on people and process is managed alongside implementation 
Managing virtual teams across a matrix structure in multiple locations across multiple competencies 
Strong facilitator of workshops and ability to articulate business requirement documents and process maps 
Engaging external current and potential vendors, leading due diligence, and management approval 
Strong Key change management deliverables including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organizational readiness, resistance management, and change reinforcement 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A strong understanding of financial advice, key advice technology systems and the implementation of best practice 
A strong understanding of Xplan and Salesforce (other advice technology systems is highly favourable) 
Excellent communication and stakeholder/relationship management skills 
Strong organisation and scheduling skills
Strong project management experience – preferably Agile 
Experience using human centered design in financial advice
