Credit Controller - Part Time

We have an exciting opportunity for aCredit Controllerto join our business. AsCredit Controllerthe role will involve:

  • Collectingoutstanding debt by telephone / email
  • Pre-emptingPayments becoming due by telephone/email
  • Controlling Customer Credit Limits
  • Assist sales ledger supervisor with cashier cover when applicable
  • Chase and pre-empt payments of debt prior to end of month 1
  • Clear down card refund transactions by way of a weekly process
  • Processing card payments over the telephone
  • Liaisingwith our Customer Services Team to resolve customer queries

As aCredit Controller, its important you have:

  • At least 2 yearsCredit Control/ Sales Ledgerexperience
  • Excellent Telephone skills
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • A decisiveand confidentmanner
  • Work well as part of a team
  • The ability to meetdaily / monthly deadlines

We would bereallyexcited if you have:

  • Experience usingMicrosoft Dynamics AX software
