Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Reach out to existing & potential learners to present our service offering (100-150 calls on a daily
basis with at least 60 connect). The minimum call time is 2.5 hrs per day.
Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
Utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build a strong relationships with customers, and
close deals.
Exceed targets for new sales, referrals, or renewals in an individual contributor role
Respond quickly to assigned leads and achieve enrollment targets (end-to-end sales)
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation: Bachelor Minimum (in any field)
Work Experience: 1 year in Inside Sales (Fresher can also apply if you have a passion for sales)
Mandatory Language Fluency: English & Hindi
Good to have: Proven B2C sales track record of exceeding targets (1 year +, ed-tech preferred, not
Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)

Ability to deliver in a high-pressure environment
