Role: IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter
Experience: 0.6 – 3 years
Working days : Monday – Friday (WFO)
Timings: 9:30AM – 6:30PM
Type: Permanent Role
Location: Nagavara, Bangalore
Key responsibilities:
• End- End recruitment process.
• Understanding client's requirements by analyzing with regards to the skills, experience, location, and other important information
• Source the right candidates from job portals/database/reference.
• Use job boards, Internet sourcing, social media, and other modes to source candidates for Client.
• Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions and create a strong succession planning pool.
• Scheduling interviews, collecting the feedbacks and Negotiating with the selected candidates for the offer.
• Counsel the candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment for Contract Staffing.
• Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Meet monthly targets
Requirements:
• Must be a graduate from a recognized university/college.
• Minimum 6 months experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for contract/permanent position.
• Previous experience from Staffing Industry.
• Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiner/ max 15 days’ notice period
