Due to a continued period of growth, we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our Corporate Client team. The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to our clients and wider corporate team.

As a business, we fully support hybrid working and have both working from home and flexible working policies. For this role, we would expect the candidate to be based at our Havant Office 2 days per week. Havant is ideally located for candidates commuting from across Southampton, Portsmouth, and Chichester.

We provide our advice and service through Attivo Financial Planning, one of the very few genuinely Independent, Chartered, Occupational Pension Specialist, financial planning firms in the UK.We aim to deliver the most professional, technically competent, independent advice and service to our clients. Main responsibilities

  • Dealing with processing payroll (full payroll service including RTI submission, holiday pay, maternity and paternity pay, student loans and other elements as required) and pension contributions to providers for clients using our outsourced payroll and enrolment services, managing certification, compliance declarations and dealing with employee and employer queries.
  • Assisting clients who use our payroll and clients using bespoke auto enrolment solutions
  • Assisting with new business set up, including corporate protection, auto enrolment, payroll, group protection and PMI
  • Diary management, including booking appointments and putting together meeting packs for adviser and Manager
  • Ensuring own diary and workflows are run in an efficient manner, communicating any workflow issues to manager
  • Ensuring diary tasks, IO and any other systems are diligently kept up to date
  • Managing commissions and client fees, ensuring that IO and Xero are managed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Developing a professional communication system with our clients to ensure that all work is processed quickly, efficiently and accurately
  • May be required to attend client and provider meetings at Attivo offices or client or provider premises
  • General office duties to support the immediate team and Attivo workforce.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B, or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a highlevel of accuracy
  • Educated to degree level would be an advantage
  • Experience of group schemes, auto enrolment and corporate protection would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of employee benefits products would be an advantage

Salary and benefits

Up to £25,000 depending on experience.
