Position Objective:

This position will be responsible to help with multiple identified global sales support and sales related tasks that can be centrally done on behalf of the sales teams.


  • Evaluate, organize data and provide support to the Marketing and Sales Departments.
  • A candidate with mindset to use data analysis to resolve problems.
  • Producing and maintaining sales reports
  • Presenting and distributing data interpretations
  • Evaluating the work performance of sales representatives
  • Presenting Client Business Value Reports to the sales departments
  • Constantly learning and harnessing technology to remove work area bottlenecks and boost performance efficiency
  • Entering information, administering, and managing data into the customer relationship management (CRM) system –
  • Good Command over verbal communication
  • Create Client newsletters using Adestra (Email and Marketing Software platform)

Essential Skills and Expertise:

  • Technical Skill - Basic excel, PPT, MS Word,
  • Educational Qualification- BBA/MBA/Any master’s degree
  • Team player

  • Experience in customer service
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
  • Must have min. 3-4 years or more Call Center experience, preferably Outbound Sales/Telemarketing or Customer Service
  • Fluent in verbal and written in English
  • Proficient in the use of computer
