Informatica Developer

Role: Informatica Developer

We are looking for Informatica Developers for our ETL practice who will work on various ETL projects for our Fortune 500 clients, primarily in North America.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and ETL lead to implement best-of-class ETL solutions
• Actively participate in business requirements sessions, design review and test case review meetings
• Create release documents and help build and deploy code across servers
• Create low level design documents and unit test cases
• Develop high quality ETL mappings/jobs and perform unit tests
• Debug critical technical issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Highlight technical issues and challenges and propose creative solutions to clients and senior management

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software services
• Strong expertise in Informatica Powercenter required
• Knowledge of PowerExchange a strong plus
• Strong understanding of data modeling and strong SQL skills a must
• Experience with Unix flavors preferred
• Database programming experience using Oracle and DB2 a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Flexibility for 100% travel, mostly within North America
