F5 Load Balancer Engineer (LTM, GTM)

This is a Contract opportunity with periodic extension.

Title: F5 Load Balancing Engineer

Duration: 12+ Months (Mutually Extendable upto 3 years)

Location: Hybrid - Pune or Chennai

Work Hours: Local India work hours

Job Description:

Daily job duties are 100% related to F5 engineering. In charge of all Application Delivery Controllers for the customer. Managing F5s across 6 different subsidiaries and across all kinds of physical appliances and virtual platforms both in private and public cloud environments.

Troubleshooting a broad variety of network issues related to the Application Delivery Controller infrastructure. Developing Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies via F5s advanced WAF and bot protection via Imperva/Distil. F5s iRule scripting language and have spent time automating tasks/developing devops tool sets via Ansible/AS3/Declarative Onboarding.

• Duties are mostly Break/Fix issues
• F5 Engineer will be handling tickets primarily
• Position is on a Engineering Level not architecture level
• This position will not interact with end customer
• Engineering support handling tickets.
