Part 2 Architectural Assistant

We are ecstatic here at Linear Recruitment to announce an excellent new career opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a highly performing Architectural practice based in Harrogate.

This RIBA chartered practice is a friendly, award-winning design studio working in the Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Logistics sectors. We are looking for technically minded Part 2 graduates with good knowledge of Revit. On offer is a fantastic progression program alongside a verycompetitivesalary, great package & many other work benefits for the right individual.This is a reputable and rapidly expanding practice looking to support and invest in their staff. The practice wishes to support you throughout your part 3 and are looking to develop you as an Architect for the longer term.

Role and responsibilities:

Assist the leads team with medium to large scale projects, across all RIBA stages

Working closely with the Design and Technical teams

Liaising with clients, consultants, and construction teams where necessary

Using Revit regularly

Liaising with contractors and external consultants


Required skills and experience:

Minimum of one years work experience within UK

Must have strong communication skills and general positive attitude

Good knowledge of Revit

Fluent in English, verbal and written, essential

Ability to work well as a team
