We are recruiting for skilled, person-centric Customer Service Manager to manage all customer interactions from confirmation of the sale throughout delivery and post-sale processes.

You will have previous experience in a customer service management role, you will be able to manage all levels of customer enquiry including the handling of, and resolution of complaints. This role is working for a retailer where most sales takes place online or over the telephone, so ideally you will have previous experience in a similar environment.

You will have the skills to manage multiple queries/complaints and ensure that customers are kept up to date at all times on the progress of their order or complaint. You will have excellent communication skills and be skilled across all Office 365 application to ensure a prompt resolution to customer queries/complaints.
