2nd Line Support Engineer, Newcastle
We're seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a busy support team based in Newcastle. Working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you'll be expected to help troubleshoot and resolve support tickets as they come in, taking ownership of problems and guiding them through to a successful resolution.
What will I be doing?
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will join a supportive team and work to provide expert support to a range of users. In this varied role, the 2nd Line Support Engineer will act as an escalation point for more junior team-mates, supporting them in finding appropriate fixes to issues. You'll also manage tickets and take ownership of fixes direct from users.

The ideal candidate will have…
- Prior Support experience ideally to a 2nd Line level.
- Exposure to a wide range of technology from desktop support through to network support and wider infrastructure.
- Experience supporting Microsoft products and devices.
- Any indepth knowledge of Group Policy / AD would be highly advantageous.
