Role Requirements:

- Collaborate withcross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain documented processes and procedures
- Ensure the ITH team and certain international partners are organized, trained, and equipped to resolveoperations issues with applications and platforms supported
- Provide scheduled updates and plans to cross-functional leadership teams
- Clearly communicate strategy and vision for ITH team and provide plans, needs, and risks to accomplishment
- 15+ years of people leadership experience in the Technology management
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in leadership roles in high stakes environments with large-scale programs
- Has a demonstrated ability to assess complex business programs and translate them into deliverables within the triple constraint of scope, budget and quality
- Possesses experience working with other markets to achieve shared goals
- Has a willingness to build out teams, processes, and procedures in nebulous environments
- Demonstrate passion forinspiring and empowering people
- Proactive with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
- Collaborative team player across internal and external cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and group dynamic skills
