Job Description
Agree with stake holders on the rhythm calendar on batch start dates
IC 38 Batch Management & governance, Evangelize on importance of recruitment
Manage the coding funnel and build efficiency in URN to Coding
Visibility / awareness about Activation with Special focus on bottom FOS / bottom branches
Ensure BM conducts Take off 1 & Aid prospect list preparation and appointment fixing
Collaborate with FOS & do joint calls with new advisors, Min 5 calls with every new advisor
Drive newly coded advisors to achieve Senior Advisor (1.50 Lacs of Business) Promotion
Follow-up with active advisors of M0-M1 | in reference or regard to the goal setting done
Communicate & Evangelize running advisor schemes (Encash / Contests etc.,)
Check on Calls opened & Check on Knowledge levels & support (if any required)
Joint calls support & Engagement programs with M0-M3 advisors
Agree with stake holders on PFC hiring plan & Evangelize on importance of recruitment
Visibility / awareness about Activation with Special focus on bottom FOS / bottom branches
BOP Calendar & BOPs for PFC hiring, PFC Orientation & Participate in PFC Induction
Goal setting with PFCs, Evangelize on importance of recruitment of advisors
Recruitment Call demo to PFCs & Recruitment Calls support to PFCs
Engagement programs with PFCs, Track PFC – proactive recruitment & business in M2 & M3
Engage with existing SAM/GAM/AL – for hiring PFCs & Track FC – proactive recruitment
Requirements
1.Proven work experience in insurance industry for 2 to 3 Years
2. Ready for field work & participate in activities along with sales team
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
5. Basic degree in education, Age Less than 40 Years
