Job Description

Chemopharm Group is a private equity backed leading distributor of laboratory technology and healthcare products in South East Asia. Headquartered in Malaysia, the Group has presence across the region in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

The Group is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the team as a Service Engineer for our Analytical & Life Science division.

You will play an important role to:
Provide on-site after sales support to the assigned customer
The after-sales support job assigned can be any of the following:
Troubleshooting
Method development and optimization
Service and repair
Provide user training (equipment maintenance and/or method application)
Perform the job assigned based on the guideline & SOP provided.
Job assigned need to be carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
Submit service report not later than 24 hours after the job being completed
To be successful in this role, you would require:
At least a diploma in engineering field, preferred electronics, electrical engineering or similar
At least 2 years of experience working in laboratory industry
Experience with analytical/chemistry equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving
Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.
Able to travel and work outstation
