Recruiting Coordinator


Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Remote / Hybrid / In-Office

Type: Full Time - 40 hrs per week W2


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. The ideal person will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
  • Confirm new hires
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of recruitment coordination experience preferred but not required
  • Applicant Tracking System experience preferred but not required
  • 1-2+ years of calendar management
  • 1-2+ years of data entry experience
  • 1-2+ years of database management experience
  • 1-2+ years of report generation
  • 1-2+ years of experience working within Microsoft office suite
  • Must have exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills
  • Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals
