Biz Ops Manager - Automation

Your Role

As Biz Ops Manager - Automation, you work at the intersection of business and tech. You are responsible for optimizing and automating crucial business processes with state-of-the-art webtools. Your ultimate goal is to take human interaction out of redundant processes, ensuring the scalability of our business model.

Your Responsibilities
    • Automate business processes and reduce time spent on manual interactions: You will simplify, automate and optimize tasks that are currently carried out manually. You will dive into low-code tools such as Integromat and Airtable as well our CRM and Customer Support systems to implement efficient automations.
    • Support development of disruptive changes: You will develop proprietary tools to orchestrate an intricate network of suppliers and internal stakeholders. You love improving processes and have a keen eye for detail.
    • Enable our team and partners to make the most out of it: You recognize that stellar automations and tools are only pieces of the equation. You will play a crucial role in guiding our team, partners and customers along the automations and tool landscape.

Your Profile
    • Successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree; focus on Business Economics, Mathematics or Engineering a plus
    • 0-3 years of shipping software products in an agile development environment
    • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or another high-performance environment a plus
    • Experience in working with and designing object-oriented databases
    • Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Java). Previous experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
    • Excellent with communication - both verbal and written
    • Extremely structured and detail-oriented, and curious about existing processes and like to optimize your work
    • Interested in mobility and want to shape the future of mobility with us
