Primary Purpose :
At ARUP Laboratories we are seeking an experienced analytics Product Manager to help shape the future of ARUP Laboratorys client facing dashboards and other data products used by laboratory staff, physicians, and hospital administrators.
We are looking for a candidate who has at least three years of experience managing software or analytics products. The candidate must have a customer-first perspective and use customer interactions, research, and data from web analytics and other sources to fully evaluate and understand the customers needs and jobs to be done and must be able to translate those findings into valuable functionality.
Working with various stakeholders and cross functional teams, the product manager will create a prioritized product roadmap and deliverables. As such, this role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience in the healthcare and/or data analytics industry
A proven track record as a Product Manager managing software or data analytics tools
A proven track record as a Product Manager managing B2B self-service web portals
Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
