  • Vacation
    • Accrue up to 3 weeks (120 hours) per year. Accrual caps at 160 hours. Accrual begins day 1 of employment
      • Vacation available to use after initial 180 days of employment
      • 1-Week Vacation Payout option at end of year
        • Requirements - must have used 2 weeks of vacation during the year

  • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision available)
    • Available for full time (30+ hours a week) employees
    • Sidecar covers 90% for you (the team member) and 60% for dependents
  • Bonus Programs
    • Referral Bonus $500 per employee (not eligible for your store)
      • $150 paid out after the referral's initial 30 days of employment
      • $350 paid out after the referral's initial 90 days of employment
    • Anniversary Bonus
      • $100 per year with Sidecar paid after you hit your anniversary date
        • Example: year 1 =$100, Year 2 = $200, Year 3 = $300

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Responsible for the operations of your store
  • Keep and maintain the standards and level of expectations set forth by the Executive team
  • Effectively create positive change
  • Run shifts efficiently and effectively to impact positive sales growth and positive experiences for internal and external customers
  • Perform regular checklists and inspections
  • Properly and responsibly maintain your store and equipment
  • Attend and facilitate all leadership and store meetings as scheduled and as needed
  • Onboard and orient all new hires
  • Communicate Company Vision and Expectations effectively and regularly
  • Maintain positive sales growth achieving goals set forth by the Executive team
  • Look for and create efficiencies that create and save time for jobs to be done efficiently and effectively
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in food service operations as a manager/floor supervisor
  • Excellent customer service for internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
  • Dynamic leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to develop team members into Sidecar Leaders
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Driven and motivated to excellence
  • Physical Abilities
    • Standing for long periods of time
    • Frequent bending, kneeling, and walking
    • Be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs
    • Carrying, pushing, and pulling motions
