Federal - Network Engineer Lead

You are:The Network Engineer Lead will act as the onsite team lead.

The work:

They will work with stakeholders to design the network infrastructure, taking pre existing systems into consideration, generate bill of materials BOM , coordinate equipment ordering and execute local installation and configuration.

  • Ability to perform work under continuous deadline pressure

  • Ability to execute work with precision in time sensitive outage scenarios

  • Effectively communicate status changes to impact

You have:

  • 1 year of experience in LAN, network deployment and configuration

  • Understanding of IP subnetting

  • Knowledge of command line configuration of network devices

    Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals e.g. DNS, FTP, SSH, ACL, VLAN, DMZ, BGP , general networking technologies, network architecture and connectivity troubleshooting

  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Nice to have:

  • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.

  • Able to communicate effectively through written and oral English

  • Able to interact with external customers and partners

  • Effectively communicate status changes to impact

  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing debugging faults in complex services or distributed systems

  • Able to diagnose and mitigate faults

  • Able to identify and drive recovery levers with feature teams

    As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
