What You'll Be Doing

The position provides a leadership, co-ordination and a service development role, for strategic initiatives across the South Western Sydney Local Health District.ject Manager will be able to lead in proactive programs of change including prioritised projects in many fields from clinically based, technical and finance to improve Patient care.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline or equivalent work experience with demonstrated project management experience and a record of achievement.rated knowledge and understanding of using project and change management methodologies to implement projects, particularly in clinical by the initiation, utilisation and review of evidence based research.d high level interpersonal and high level written communication skills including advocacy and negotiation with key partners and the ability to prepare high level reports and papers for executive leadership teams and publication.rated experience in leading, initiating and managing complex collaborative projects, with evidence of achieving innovative change.rated leadership, coaching, mentoring and training skills to support strategic and clinical service planning with expertise in the management and knowledge of organisational and cultural change methodologies. to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data and critically review published evidence based best material to inform decision making.rated ability to use contemporary Health data literacy including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel, with at least one advanced skill unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence P2 Licence Acceptable, subject to obtaining a Drivers Licence within 3 months of appointment, with a willingness to travel across facilities.
