About the role:

Our business is growing and so we are seeking a Team coordinator to join our HR team. This is a full-time opportunity based in our Head Office at North Ryde. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to explore the fun, diverse and lively world of retail.


Provide support and administration to the team and internal stakeholders
Actively being involved in recruitment and retention
Assist with maintaining all HR records, files, and databases, as well as HR forms and templates
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and be responsible for HR compliance
Ensure HR Administration processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Support various HR projects in line with the needs of the business and team.

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate:

1-2 years experience in similar administration generalist role
Advanced MS Office word, excel, and PowerPoint required
Ability to communicate to all levels of employees
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong customer-focus
Appreciation for confidentiality and sensitivity
